So, here I am - deep in thought . . . when was I most victorious against the fat monster. Well, two years ago I lost 50 pounds on CORE. I am not sure how I got back to fat but I know two things: I have a powerful reaction to sugars and processed foods and I also need support and spiritual help. I am on this board to chat with any others struggling against the MONSTER and are using CORE. Hope to hear from anyone out there!

I to am a sugar addict. Here to listen any time you want to chat. I am starting to find the times when I am ok. One of them is when I have peace. Even if it is just for a day. I try to keep everything smooth for just one day. I do not have to fix everyone or everything today. Maybe today can just be for me. I am trying to do the zone lifestyle. Tell me about Core?

Belle, I just now noticed your post. I lost 45 pounds two years ago on Core and I, too, am struggling to keep it off. I needed to lose another 130 pounds so I had no business resting on my laurels.

Any how, we'd LOVE to have you hang out with us. We spend most of our time down on the threads on the Core board. Every week, we create a new weekly chat thread and there we talk about everything and anything but mostly our trials and tribulations with our Core program.
