Getting Moving - Being Acountable Week 2

  • Here I go again,

    I got in 5 days of exercise last week, so this week my goal is to get in that 6th day. Didn't go Monday though so.....

    Mon - No exercise

    Tues - 30 min @ Curves

    Wed - 35 min walk shouldn't have sat in front of the tv when I got home, so hard to go out again.

    Thurs - 30 min @ Curves moved pretty slow since tom came and I was "crampy" but at least I moved

    Fri -No Exercise - couldn't get my bloomin' butt out of the house

    Sat - 30 min @ Curves Can't believe I went before my quilt class Needed to make up for yesterday

  • OK...so far not so good.


    Please note that I walk my dogs for 1/2 hour each day, unless it is absolutely frigid outside.

    Monday.....none
    Tuesday....none
    Wednesday..walked for one hour
    Thursday....twisted my ankle, walked through a snowstorm (blizzard!) I'm not going to do anything for days!

    Okay - only 2 days to go til I leave? Dare I commit to at least one more exercise session?

  • Frouf, you just take a few laps around the track on the ship's top deck and you'll be fine. Tell Ray it is a MUST ... and make him go with you.
