I got in 5 days of exercise last week, so this week my goal is to get in that 6th day. Didn't go Monday though so.....
Mon - No exercise

Tues - 30 min @ Curves
Wed - 35 min walk shouldn't have sat in front of the tv when I got home, so hard to go out again.
Thurs - 30 min @ Curves moved pretty slow since tom came and I was "crampy" but at least I moved

Fri -No Exercise
- couldn't get my bloomin' butt out of the houseSat - 30 min @ Curves Can't believe I went before my quilt class
Needed to make up for yesterday
