    15 1/2 ounces pineapple chunks in juice -- drained
    2 medium apples and/or pears(2 cups) -- cored and chopped
    1/2 cup celery -- thinly sliced
    1/2 cup seedless grapes, red -- halved
    2 kiwi fruit, peeled, halved lengthwise -- sliced
    1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/3 cup fat-free or low-fat lemon yogurt
    1 tablespoon honey
    2 tablespoons toasted walnut pieces
    Flowering kale or lettuce leaves -- optional

    Toss together pineapple, apples or pears, celery, grapes, and kiwi fruit in a large bowl. Stir together the mayonnaise dressing or salad dressing, yogurt, and honey in a small bowl; fold gently into fruit mixture. Cover and chill for up to 6 hours. Just before serving, stir in toasted walnuts. Serve on flowering kale or lettuce leaves, if desired. Makes 6 side-dish servings.
