  • Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 28 minutes lower body TBT.
  • I got to the gym today and did 5 minutes eliptical, lower body workout & 30 minutes treadmill.

    Hope to get back there on Wednesday.
  • Monday- Walked in the campground today...
  • Monday,

    Walked 3 1/4 miles DH wanted to extend it since it is supposed to rain the rest of the week and we may not get out.

    30 minutes of wt training and floor exercises.

  • Tues.- Walked at the campground...
  • Wednesday: Got to gym early this morning
    Did 5 minutes on treadmill, upper body workout, 20 minutes on treadmill.

    That makes Monday & Wednesday. I will go for sure on Saturday, and possibly tomorrow.
  • Tuesday..

    3 mile walk and 50 sit-ups

  • Monday- 45 minutes weights, full body circuit, 20 minutes elliptical

    Tuesday- Not a damn thing

    Wednesday- 35 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes bike
  • Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 33 minutes lower body, TBT.

    Wednesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 32 minutes upper body TBT.
    Added in one more exercise to upper body workout.
  • Wed...

    20 minute wt routine and floor exercises. Got home to late to do much.

  • Thursday-- 10 minutes stretches, 31 minutes lower body TBT.
  • Thursday - got to gym today. I did 5 minutes eliptical, lower body on weights & circuit & 5 minutes on treadmill (called off early since Delaney was cranky and screaming in the nursery).
  • Walked at the campground Wed. and Thurs.
  • Worked out 1 hour with trainer lifting on Thurs. Bi, Tri, and chest. Oh, and the new lunges she has me doing make my legs feel like I got run over by an 18 wheeler.
