Thursday - got to gym today. I did 5 minutes eliptical, lower body on weights & circuit & 5 minutes on treadmill (called off early since Delaney was cranky and screaming in the nursery).
Worked out 1 hour with trainer lifting on Thurs. Bi, Tri, and chest. Oh, and the new lunges she has me doing make my legs feel like I got run over by an 18 wheeler.
