  • walked 50 minutes and worked out at the gym for 50 minutes. My heels hurt...
  • 55 min elliptical...50 min LB strength training.
  • yesterday: nothing (school function alllllllll day)
    today: 58 min treadmill walk
  • 50 mins treadmill run...
  • 50 min UB/abs with trainer, was going to do cardio but I have a wicked cold and was so WIPED after the weights that I almost passed out - not good - so I'm making myself some soup and going to bed.
  • Get better soon, mandalinn!! I'm proud of you for getting your strength training done even though you felt yucky.

    I felt yucky because I was having cramps, but I worked out and I'm glad it's over!

    20 min treadmill walk
  • I'm so sick that getting up to go to the bathroom seems like a workout. I am definitely taking today off, in hopes that I'll be well enough to get a really good workout (or at least my strength training) in tomorrow or Sunday.
  • 45 minutes walking and 50 minutes at the gym... WOW go me!

  • Still sick. This is my last rest day, though, unless i literally can't move tomorrow. I am willing my body well.
  • 48 min walk/jog outside (30 min of jogging -- woohoo!)
  • Making up for the sick days...

    A 2 hour 20 min gym marathon.
