Bumping thread. I am not sure which bands to get. Handles, no handles, 1 color, different colors? I currently use 4# weights

Sorry for bumping an old thread but I'm on the fence about resistance bands. Personally, I've gotten better results with dumbbells and/or kettlebells. Sorry. But that's me.

Exercises using resistance bands:
Lift to the side. Holding each end of the resistance band in your hands, stand up, and place both of your feet in the middle of the band
Squats. Holding either end of the resistance band with your hands, place both feet in the center of it
Pressing the chest
Do a leg press
Do a bicep curl
Sitting Calf Press
Twice Press
