No, not exactly. I supposed it would be the amount of calories in just the bread, however many you eat. Since I used fat-free butter spray instead of oil, it adds a trivial amount. All of the recipes I found for homemade croutons called for using some type of oil, mostly olive. I'm an oil-paranoid freak, I don't go anywhere near the stuff unless I have to. Good oils, bad oils, whatever... they all have the same amount of calories.
So I improvised and shunned the oil and used the ff butter spray instead. Just enough to coat, not saturate. So probably the only calories in these will come from the bread itself
