The goal is to exercise a minimum of 30 minutes a day at a minimum of 3 days per week.
You get 1 point for each 30 minutes of exercise you do.
You get 1 point for each day of exercise you do.
You get 1 point for posting your minutes and what you did in this thread each day.
Exercise burns calories, tones muscles, tightens up loose skin, and makes you feel better. So find something fun to do and let's all get moving!
