  • The goal is to exercise a minimum of 30 minutes a day at a minimum of 3 days per week.

    You get 1 point for each 30 minutes of exercise you do.

    You get 1 point for each day of exercise you do.

    You get 1 point for posting your minutes and what you did in this thread each day.

    Exercise burns calories, tones muscles, tightens up loose skin, and makes you feel better. So find something fun to do and let's all get moving!

    I don't know how to make this a sticky, so maybe our person who does can move it up.

  • I'm going to join in here. Well. Try. This week won't be a good one--but I'll give it a shot. I'll be shoveling dirt this weekend so THAT'LL be exercise!
  • I did my 30 min's on treadmill. Yippee. 3 points today. I really needed this challenge, I was getting lazy on my exercise routine. Will still do the whoopy tonight too, but 2-3 min's don't really add any points. LOL
