    Went for short bike ride.

    Played badminton for a couple of hours

    Did 5 miles on SB.
  • WEDNESDAY
    Did my 4.5 miles with 12 jogs
  • THURSDAY
    Really didn't feel like going walking, more like going back to bed with my Honey, but ended up walking 3.5 miles
  • Wednesday

    A.m. 5.5 miles on SB

    P.m. Badminton

    Thursday

    4 miles on SB

    15minute bike ride

    Swam 20 lengths of pool (500 metres)
  • FRIDAY
    Did 4.5 miles in 52:08 with 19 jogs
  • SUNDAY
    Did 4.5 miles in 54:13 with 17 jogs

    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 26 miles
