Hi, fellow calorie counters, I read somewhere else on this site that when taking fiber suplements like benefiber, and metamucil, that we don't have to count them into our daily calories. But it's like 20 cal. per serving and I'm taking at least 5-6 servings a day. So you know, when calorie counting, 120 calories is a big difference. What do you all think? I'm just not sure.
OH, and one more thing, I tried Fat Free Swiss Miss hot cocoa mix today for the first time. It has added calcium (300mg) and is only 50 cal. I really liked it. It cured my sweet tooth tonight. I'm always looking for more ways to get calcium. Anyways, if you like that sort of thing, I thought it was yummy.
