Woohoo - for the past two days I've squeaked in under 13 stones - 12 stones, thirteen and a half pounds, to be exact!

Mad scales, eh Veggie?

Well, I lost 4lbs so was pretty chuffed with that. However this week will be harder because my appetite is back! Last night after the weigh in my friend and I walked along Shepherds Bush Green to find a non junk food place for coffee (as hard as you think it might be given the area!). We found a lovely Middle Eastern place. Luckily we had eaten befroe class though because they had an amazing array of cakes and breads and things. Going back next week for a mint tea and NO cakes!!!!

Oh forgot to say, someone's wife made a slimming world chocolate cheesecake. It was nice although was obviously a lowfat, low cal one. The base was those scan bran things - quite a shock when you are used to a digestive biscuit base or whatever for a cheesecake!

You skinny minnies!

Peacock my favourite place on Shepherds Bush Green is the Jaffle Pie shop! Not at all healthy! I think I know the bakery you're talking about, we got some great cheesy pastry things from there once.

Well done all you losers!

Well I only lost half a pound but as I thought I had gained over the weekend I am actually quite chuffed! Must be good now. Trouble is I was at my Aunt's at the weekend and she does not understand my 'diet'. She is not much of a cook so gets me packet veggie stuff (though to be fair she cooks up a load of vegetables). Ok I cannot blame her - it is the Green and Black cherry chocolate I have been munching......

Yeah 2 Frustrated but it being plain chocolate I am eating it slooooowly - it has taken me 5 days to eat it as opposed to one gulp and - huh? did I just eat it? Which is me with milk chocolate. So at least the syns are spread over the days!

Mazarin - where are you going to in Sweden? I must admit I went to Sweden ...for the afternoon! It was a mini cruise and we arrived on Saturday afternoon - when Gothenberg is apparently shut (just as well when we saw the prices in the shops!). But at least it had snowed unlike in the UK around that time..

Hiya

I've lost 1/2 a pound so at least it's down but not by as much as I wanted. I'm not going to update my tracker until I round it down to the next pound off. Why don't I have any willpower?!?!

p.s. is Green & Black's chocolate nice? I've seen it lots but never tried it (am thinking it might keep me away from the huge tin of Roses at work!)
