  • Back and bis. 33 minutes on elliptical.

    And that is VERY good Sister. Never knock a workout especially one done when you didn't feel up to it.

  • September 10: 70 minutes pilates; 40 minute brisk walk
  • Saturday: 1 hour aquacize, 30 minute walk
  • Sunday Legs and 30 on the elliptical. Dance and cheer this afternoon.

  • September 11: 45 minute bike ride, hilly streets
  • Chest Tris and Cheer.

  • Two Miles on the school track (8 laps) plus up the hill back to the parking lot. Phew! Need take my sunglasses tomorrow I think I have sun headache from squinting.

  • Today: 1 hour bike commute, 30 minute walk
  • Yesterday - my walking buddy had a dr appt so I walked the field next to our place - it was only approx .30 miles down and back (I paced it off one way x my stride length) any way - today back to the track.
  • Tuesday: 1 hour bike ride, 30 minute walk, 1 hour aquacize
  • I start my bellydance class tonight I haven't danced since April so I a really looking forward to it
  • 9/13: Yoga in the morning and NIA in the afternoon.
  • Have walked Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and tonight as well. Drinking my water, and following a healthy eating plan.
  • Today: 1 hour bike ride, 30 minute walk
  • Wed afternoon - 2 miles on the track again - slightly quicker pace - my legs are sore today. Drank all my water yesterday - eating was pretty good.
