I'm so excited to get started for this challenge. I tried the Valentine Challenge but didn't really TRY!!!.....So I am determined to do it this time.

I am going away this weekend to visit my boyfriend and keeping my fingers crossed because it's always so much harder to eat well when I'm not at home. I come back Tues. morning and have decided that my goal for these next few days will be to just maintain and not to anything crazy, then work really hard when I come back. Wish me luck!
I am skipping my weight this week, gave myself a BYE for TOM. I usually update on Sundays. I am thinking about a Fat Fast, has anyone tried that to jumpstart things?
