Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 40 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.

20 minutes stationary bike, 8 miles.

Tuesday morning-- 45 minutes spin bike = 16 miles, 9 with full tension.

Wednesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 38 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
20 minutes stationary bike = 8 miles.

Come on ladies.....I know I am not the only one moving and shaking!!

Treadmill for 20 minutes at 3mph.

Jack is an inspiration...I am going to try to get on my TM at least four times a week! (unless I can walk outside, but 4x a week walking either way) Ya'all hold me to it!

Thursday-- AM - 45 minutes stationary bike = 16 miles, 10 at full tension.
P M - 30 minutes stationary bike = 11 miles, 5 at full tension.

That's it for the week, got in all 5 days, yeah!!
