    totals: 27, not bad for a TOM day I felt like I coulda ate the house!!

    Lunch - eating out with dh, but will be LC

  • Okay, okay, I need to post this. Yikes. I'm going to copy T.G. and put in what I actually do throughout the day. Sorta a work in progress... or trainwreck in process...

    Tuesday:

    Breakfast: 1 hardboiled egg, 1 sausage, and 2 coffees (6)

    Lunch: Burger, no bun (4)

    Snack: Cheese and nuts (6)

    Dinner: Soup (15)

  • Egads! Im so busy today with my schools *Rasin! frasin!* yearbook I haven't had time to eat!

    Total - 22 (First full day totally on program in about 6 weeks!!!!!)
