    35 min. elliptical
    25 min. weights
  • Saturday:
    25 min. walk/run incline intervals
    20 min. bike
    15 min. tennis

    hit a large bucket of golf balls
    heading out for my walk
  • sunday - the 9th of May, 5 miles - 800 calories.
  • Saturday: 4 hours cleaning and yard work. wheew. I was tired!
