  • Monday:

    25 min. weights
  • Monday:
    curcuit training 40 mins
    pilates 15mins
    stair climbing-3 mins
  • Monday: hour walk at 3.5; 1.5 mile walk to softball game about 3.5 mph
  • tuesday
    30 minutes eliptical 3 miles
    1/2 mile on the track
  • Tues:
    35 min. elliptical
    25 min. stairclimber
    25 min. weights
  • Tuesday:
    25 min. walk
    1 hr. run (5.3-6.0)/walk (3.7-4.5) incline intervals for another all-time high of 5.05 mis. total! Whew!
  • Tues:
    Treadmill- 40mins
    Pilates-20mins

    2 hours of hitting, chasing and throwing baseballs

    Wednesday:
    2-mile walk
  • Wednesday:

    curcuit training- 40mins
    home training (doctor sent)- 40mins
    other activities- 20 mins
    got on the scale today i lost a pound go me go me........
  • Go scorchin - nice loss!

  • Wed:
    approx. 40 min. walking

    ...it was a beautiful spring night!
  • Wednesday: two hour-long 3.5 walks...I'm lovin this weather!!!
