Is it going to be outdated in a week, like the diet book was (ya know, with the food lists being updated all the time and stuff!)?

Well check that out. I thought the book wasn't going to be available for another week yet. I thought it was set to release at the same time as the cookbook. Might just have to stop by the bookstore on the way home today! (Feel free to share info from it in the mean time!)

Got mine Monday, at Sam's Club. Can't wait for the new cookbook!

I'm confused. I thought that book has been out for a while? I thought the only new book coming out was the Cookbook.

I bought it at Hastings at the end of January. I find it very helpful.

I bought mine at Chapters in December. I believe the actual cookbook comes out next week.

I guess I missed the boat on that one. Going to hunt down a copy tonight between work and my nail appointment. Maybe I'll even BUY a salad. Ya know, make a night of it

I was Sam's Club yesterday and the New Cookbooks are in! But...they didn't have the out yet. The lady told me they were in, but they just have to process them and then put them out. And that it Could be Saturday before they'll have them out. LOL I'll go by tomorrow and see if they're out.

The Good Fat And Good Carb, just took me a long time to find it! Sam's Club couldn't keep them long enough for me to pick one up!
