    Nancy I'm sorry these changes have been so stressful. Remember a year from now you will probably be relaxing in your new home. I have made a lot of changes that has improved things for me. Me losing weight will help matters even more.

    Total Approx 1580 calories +

    Breakfast ( 380 calories & )
    protein bar 240 calories
    yogurt 140 calories
    2 cups of decaf coffee w/cream & sugar

    Lunch (500 Calories)
    2 protein bars 500 calories

    Dinner (700 Calories)
    pretzels 200 calories
    vegetable & shrimp omelette 500 calories
    apple slices 100 calories

    Exercise:
    20 minutes walking audio

    A friend of mine fasts regularly, and to my astonishment, he never complains or seems to be the least bit ruffled by the experience. For myself, I find that fasting changes my whole disposition. I asked him his secret once, and he said, 'It's no secret, really. All I do is pretend that the empty feeling in my stomach is really the Holy Spirit moving around, making itself comfortable inside. That way, the gnawing isn't unpleasant but it's quite comforting to think that God is so very close.' I tried to follow my friend's advice, and it has worked wonders for me. Try it today.

    Today's thought: I will let my hunger turn my mind to God!

  • Good evening! Did 2 miles Leslie Sansone before I left for work today. Power walked and ran errands before I punched in. Won’t be power walking to supper tonight. The weather has gotten bad. Will do 2 miles Leslie Sansone in a few minutes and stay home for supper. 😁☘️😷🍀

  • Reporting in. TOM still going. Haven't exercised in days. Drug myself around house yesterday. Ate super late when I got home from work but I did not eat a bunch of junk food even though I was tempted.

    I woke up though at 193.4. Hopefully its just the food in my belly. I got up doing chores this AM.

    IVE only had coffee so far and plan on doing my IF again today.

    Part of me wants to be frustrated that I can't seem to drop weight. The other part of me thinks, it could be worse.
