As a 63 year old postmenopausal woman (notorious combination for fighting weight gain) -- it is likely you are overweight because you eat/drink too much. Men drop weight so much easier than women because. testosterone. ............ but the solution to fitness is exercise. to weight loss is diet.

That doesn't mean it's good for you. If you're eating very little, you won't be getting the nutrients that you need, especially if you're eating mostly junk food. Have you spoken to your doctor about your diet?

I never said it was good, just powerful, normal dosage is 15-30g per Google, I am at 37.5 mg, I am considering cutting the pills in half as the dosage might even be too much ?

I have made appointments with both my nephologist and PCP provider, the PCP isn't a real doctor, an APRN, and she is fine with letting the nephroligist manage things, she did write the prescription

An APRN is a psuedo doctor that can prescribe meds

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, kind of below doctor and above RN
