[QUOTE=grannynancy;5376207]Basically, you are on a path to self-destruction and self-hating and you want to chronicle it here. The bottom will either be something you can crawl out and create a new life of or death. Your choice. You are a grown man. Got to AA get to FA or over-eaters anonymous and change your life. If you are not willing to it is not worth engaging in your game.[/QUOTE

I had to Google FA, didn't know what it was.

Pigging out and stuff like overrating isn't the problem.

I am being honest and there 4, disclose my drinking. I oftenly take breaks from that.

I am so obese because of low activity and advanced age,IMO !

Well taking the Phentermine dose number 2 this AM, no desire for breakfast.

I suspect there could be a placebo effect going on, but that is okay in my mind.

As a 63 year old postmenopausal woman (notorious combination for fighting weight gain) -- it is likely you are overweight because you eat/drink too much. Men drop weight so much easier than women because. testosterone. ............ but the solution to fitness is exercise. to weight loss is diet.

That doesn't mean it's good for you. If you're eating very little, you won't be getting the nutrients that you need, especially if you're eating mostly junk food. Have you spoken to your doctor about your diet?

I never said it was good, just powerful, normal dosage is 15-30g per Google, I am at 37.5 mg, I am considering cutting the pills in half as the dosage might even be too much ?

I have made appointments with both my nephologist and PCP provider, the PCP isn't a real doctor, an APRN, and she is fine with letting the nephroligist manage things, she did write the prescription

An APRN is a psuedo doctor that can prescribe meds

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, kind of below doctor and above RN
