  • Can't wait to see better version of me! I've gained 66 pounds for the past year. It happened when I started to earn money and ate crazy.
    My first goal for this month is to lose 40pounds. Yes, I know that would be hard but I'd like to set a big goal so that I can work really hard.
    Final goal is to lose 11~22pounds more by exercising hard and maintaining healthy diet.
    This month,starting from tomorrow, I will start this diet thing called GM diet for 7days.
    I will think about my plan for 3rd~4th week afterwards.

  • jrkessle it is really frustrating when the scale doesn't cooperate, I'm sorry. You will get through this though and start dropping soon! Do you do pictures or measurements? Sometimes the scale wont budge, but I can tell that I am shrinking with the way that my clothes fit. Hang in there, you've got this!!!

    kelijpa great job on getting back on track!! And making GOAL I am so excited to get into the 170's!!
