    I am starting to realize no matter what I do ( I was perfect yesterday). I weigh more on Saturday. my lowest weight is usually on Thursday. I am going to track a few more days to get a better sense of the pattern but will likely stop the daily weighing.

    soooooo I didn't make my goal for this month. The first week of February I was on vacation...so that probably didn't help. I did lose 3.5lbs though, so I'm moving in the right direction. I won't be jumping in on the March thread...I didn't realize I was in the "featherweights" by mistake. lol

    I'm okay with this. My body hangs out at 120 lbs give or take a pound. As long as I'm not inching towards 130 lbs, it's fine.
