Tea..... I have been drinking a lot of mint tea recently, mainly to keep me warm! But, should get some green tea in for cleansing, I have to drink it very weak though. Never been a fan of chamomile, but so many people swear by it to help with relaxation.
Today is the day, exercise makes a reappearance in my plan! Currently still in my pjs thinking about breakfast though, so it will be later on when my work is finally complete. Sat doing marking with a Sunday morning coffee isn't fun, but needed!
Chouku - I'm no scientist or expert, but believe your increase likely to be your muscles retaining water to help them heal. Once they are repaired and used to your new level of exercise the water will disappear and you will be rewarded on the scale. I expect a similar problem when I begin exercising too. It's a necessary hump to better health though, so I don't mind! Keep on with your food plan, and soon enough you will reap the rewards
opheliaphoenix - how was the home workout? What does it typically involve? I am going to dig out my dumbbells today for in the house and also go for a walk I think. Starting slowly. Although, Lisbon is the city of hills so going for a walk can involve mountains! I hope your husband's foot is better today. Your progress is geat, and yes, I agree that success is a better motivator to keep on track than a stall!
Another .2 gone today. Felt sick after the haribo last night and only had two small glasses of wine even though I lifted all restrictions. Really, really hopig there is the start of a change in my head space happening here!
Happy Sundays all
