  • Hello ladies, I am a new 30-something as of a couple of weeks ago.

    I fell off the wagon for a few months and gained almost 4 pounds. Now it is time to get back on track, and start my 30s looking good and feeling even better! I will be counting calories and watching my carbs a bit too.

  • I'm baaaaack! The past two months were not good when it came to nutrition. I ate everything I shouldn't and lots of it but I'm ready to hop back on the wagon and get this weight off. My first goal is to get back to onderland and I hope to get there by the end of July.

  • Plateaued through April and May, but still hoping to see some new losses some time between the 20th - 30th

    6/17: 154.4 New strategy. I'm planning today's meals based on a day last month where I dropped the most weight post tom, except I'm out of blueberries but maybe grapes won't hurt if I nix the ice cream.
    6/18: 154.0 Weight's sticking again. New, new strategy. I'm gonna cut out the cheese.
    6/19: 153.6 It seems I keep losing .4 lbs regardless.
    6/20: 154.0 Stuck again. No added sugar, no cheese. Was it the almonds? Can I not have nuts at all anymore? I don't want to live in that world. I'm determined to figure this out.
    6/21: 154.8 Wow, back at TOM weight. Depressing.
    6/22: 154.0 Aargh, I had to skip dinner to get that loss.
    6/23: 152.8 This morning I weighed in at every number from 152.4 to 153.2, so I'm picking the middle one.

    6/25: 150.0 Considering how poorly I slept due to the heat in the house I'm glad I lost at least that much.
    6/26: 148.6* YAY! At long last! The plateau is broken!
    6/27: 148.2* The timing could not have been worse for me to bake an oreo cake, but still, yay for progress.

    6/29: 149.8 Fast food and only 3 hrs of sleep.
    6/30: 150.0 Not sure what happened there, oh well.

    Total Loss: Only -2.2 from the start of the month, but I hit new lows so that's fantastic. I hope I don't have to wait another 2 and a half months to lose weight again.

  • So just a quick question for anyone. For those of us who are using red to mark the weight gains, are you using it to mark the gains from the starting weight or from day before?

    I think people are using the colors to mark changes from the day before, not from the starting weight. That is how I would use them at least if I had used colors.

  • Hi Everyone. I'm a long-time member of 3FC, but I've had a bit of a relapse. Anyway I'm ready to take control of my health again, and since it has been a couple of years, I guess I belong here now!

    I don't weigh everyday, usually just twice a week on Sunday and Thursday. I'd like to get out of the 230s this month, but I'm content with a steady 1lb/week.

    6/19/16 - 235.0 IDK what is happening. the only thing I've changed is starting back up lifting after a short break. hope this is all water weight

    6/29/16 - 231.8 Still lifting, but started Atkins. I guess my eating was as clean as it should be.
