Ugh, I'm so mad at myself. I gained back everything I lost last year plus more! I just got back from a 2 week vacation and I gained around 10 lbs. That's on top of the 7 lbs I've gained since Christmas. My body is really feeling these extra 17 lbs. My knees ache and I get out of breath just walking across the living room. Plus, my clothes are tight and my embarrassing double chin is back. I'd really like to get back into onderland by the end of June. -My first weigh in was better than I expected. Already lost 5 of the 10 that I gained on vacation. Must have been water weight. Now hoping to reach onderland by the end of April.- I'm going to start planning out my meals again and calorie counting. When I don't plan my meals in advance, I just eat whatever and whenever which makes it easy to overeat. Once I get back into a routine regarding meal planning, I'll add in exercise - probably in a week or two.

28. 208.2 (+1.6) - Easter was not good for my diet. I ate way too many chocolate eggs plus we went to McDonald's for supper.
