Ok, this is the simple version. As of Sunday, I'm 133.8 and my plan for this week is to have one high eating day and six days that may vary but be below 2000. Weight goal is 120 ultimately but for this week only it is to at least maintain from last Sunday. As always I weigh daily but only post weight on Sunday. I will post cals daily.
