    Yay - teacher1 - 3 pounds is fantastic . Going to weigh in later ..... and have been a little static lately.

    I did 20000 plus steps yesterday (with my long walk) but I don't think I'll reach even 6000 today - lots of school work to do before tomorrow.
    I did do a gym session this morning though.

    I ended up taking yesterday off too as mystomach was still off.
    Today: Leslie Sansone 2 mile jog.

    I'm starting the Focus T25 program tomorrow! I'm so excited for something new and high energy.

    This last weekend was a pretty bad weekend for me. Did some major slipping up. I have to be extra diligent through the end of the month!
