I just recommitted today. I finally had the courage to face the scales- I remember when they were my friend!
I know that the first pounds will slide off more easily than the rest, but if I can get into One-der land by my July 1 anniversary, I'll be excited!
I can't do it without everyone's help, and I'm still learning to navigate this website, so please be patient! lol!
Once upon a time, 14 lbs didn't seem like much to lose. Now, in my 50s, it seems like a mountain!
mini goals for the weekend at our trailer :
Hike around the lake at least 1 time (2k)
Drink less wine (this is a toughie!)
Drink more water and iced green tea.
