    Seemyfeet, Like your double challenge. I may have to join you with the no foods after 8pm challenge Or something like that. Over snacking now, but it's a day long problem. UGH.

    This morning I lifted. I still intend to do a minimum of 10,000 steps per day and am hoping the lifting will start a weight loss pattern. Thinking about what to challenge myself with next.

    Over the next 21 days, my goal is to eat eat none of the following:

    Bread
    Pizza
    Cookies
    Candy

    3 Pause days allowed

    I love the taste of bread in general, but it does not always love me due to my "mild gluten sensitivity". I never know when is the day my stomach won't be able handle it! I am ready to try cut it out entirely. Sweets are my other weakness I am ready to kick out of my diet!

    My new challenge will be a repeat of the last. 10,000 min steps per day with only one pause day, Starting yesterday. I may add a food challenge if I can muster it.

  • Hi everyone - what a great idea for a thread. I would like to join and will try to journal my food for 21 days with 3 pause days. I find it difficult to write down my food everyday so I will try to work on this.

  • I like the idea of this challenge. I'm going to do a walk everyday which, is like a level 3 for me, as I don't do much exercise now.
    So, starting tomorrow morning I'll begin my challenge!
  • Sleepyowl, and to this thread. I know about getting into a non exercise mode, and am so pleased your challenge will get moving each day. Will you be walking with a dog or friend? Hoping you have an interesting place to walk.
