    This Morning: Oxycise Level 1 workout

    I wanted to try the Level 1 workout again to see how I like it. I don't like it as well as the Level 2, for some reason.

    Today is my 7km walk.

    Have missed a few days this week. But hopefully will get back on track.

    Diana: I am finding it easier to coordinate my breath with holding and tightening in the various positions of Oxycise Level 1 Workout. I plan to stick with this level through the rest of this year and start Level 2 in January.
