Technically I shouldn't be posting in this forum, but dangit, this is where I left six months ago, and this is where I'm returning.
Weight loss went completely off the rails after the wedding in June, but on the positive end of it, I didn't really regain much either, just shifted up 5+ pounds to hover around 197-200. Maintained in that range for a good long while, but made a fatal error; decided to stay off the scale for the last 2 weeks of December (well, decided might be a little generous; more like I was avoiding it, and let myself avoid it).
Come January 2, it was time to face the music. I stepped on and... 207lbs. Ugh. Seeing that made me pull the wagon out of storage, dust it off and climb back on in a hurry. Back to the gym 3-5 times a week, back to logging all my calories, back to paying so much more attention than I have been.
I've promised myself one to two weeks of strict adherence to the plan without checking the scale every (2 or 3 times) a day, and after that I'll go back to my daily morning weigh ins. Im hoping the week or two will clear out any water weight that was in that 7lbs in two weeks and whatever starts I manage to make to getting this back under control.
The short term goal this time is 25 lbs, or 182. Lets see how this goes!

191.5 lbs. this morning. Exercise going well; still working out 3 to 4 times per week. I have a big presentation to make today for work and I am scared. I will walk through this a moment at a time.
