  • jb1975: I never lose as fast as 8 pounds a month. 4 pounds a month is fast for me! As long as it's down, we'll get there eventually.

    I'm happy to see my initial goal weight again! I wasn't sure if I'd get back down there this month.

  • I didn't make my January goal this month. It was a tough month for me. I will be leaving out of town today, so I won't have a scale for tomorrow. I weighed in at 126 this morning for a net loss of 1.5 pounds this month. Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

    HAHAHA I met goal a week or so ago, but I find it funny I am exactly at goal today... I have been eating things my body doesn't like (corn and cinnamon) and I think water retention (and a sore throat) is my punishment

    Mossy at least you got that one, I thought at this weight it'd be easier for me to drop some weight, but it's really hard! we'll get there, slow but sure.
