    It's not - we are back in the 90s today. It was just a very weird day around here yesterday. Colder and rainy.

    Went for a 2 hour ride with my new road bike. We went 25 miles in just under two hours which is 5 more miles than we usually do in that time. It was really fun! I am nervous on the roads but we don't have to go on the roads a lot -- we can get to a very nice bike path in just a few miles.

    Good for running.....at least when it's usually 90'.
  • Week 8 of couch to 5k, day two. Then inside for the Leslie flexibility and cool down. That is a perfect cool down/stretch for me.

  • Did five segments from the new DVD. I think I did intervals, upper body , lower body, belly walk and then the flexibility. I say I think because when you start at 4:30 you aren't quite sure what you did!

    I did 2 miles this morning. I used the Walk to the Hits: Radio Remixes dvd.
  • 3mi remix.
  • Half mile outdoor walk.
  • Couch to 5k last day of week 8. This was a five min walk, 30 min jog, 5 min walk and then I did the Leslie flexibility segment from new DVD.

    It's my long night so no exercise tomorrow am.
