    I did the Couch 2 5K - still on week 2, outside. Then came in and did the blue miles from Ultimate DVD.

  • I walked outside yesterday morning, I forgot to post about it, I got up too late to walk outside this morning but I'll be sure to walk outside tomorrow morning.

  • Two hour bike ride. We went 21 miles and my heart monitor says I used 785 calories. So I'm enjoying a big breakfast!
