I did the Couch 2 5K - still on week 2, outside. Then came in and did the blue miles from Ultimate DVD.

I walked outside yesterday morning, I forgot to post about it, I got up too late to walk outside this morning but I'll be sure to walk outside tomorrow morning.

Two hour bike ride. We went 21 miles and my heart monitor says I used 785 calories. So I'm enjoying a big breakfast!
