  • Hi guys I love this thread it's a great way of tracking what you eat! Eating healthy and fighting the fat. I had a nice hot cup of coffe and some scrambled eggs!
  • I had left over's from last night's dinner for breakfast this morning
  • Coffee with real cream and about 1oz of smoked gruyere
  • Coffee with cream, about 1oz of cheddar
  • 2 eggs, overeasy with adobo, fresh cracked pepper, and thyme. It's been my new favorite for the past week.
  • Grapefruit. I got tired of pineapple.
  • Iced coffee, a slice of wholegrain bread with butter, and a small fruit & veg smoothie.

  • Iced coffee and a slice of toasted with butter. Never got around to eating the hard boiled eggs I packed, but they may become a snack later.
  • Two 6 inch Subs that I made myself
  • 1 slice of whole grain toast with a pat of butter, and two hard boiled eggs.
  • Two teeny pieces of roasted potato (leftover), and an egg over-easy.

  • Hey guys, well I figure its time I start posting here again since things have calmed down a little and I'm feeling inspired about losing again. I always found this thread really helpful.

    Smoothie
    -5 strawberries
    -1 banana
    -1/2 c almond coconut milk
    -1/4 c homemade coconut whip cream
    =305 calories
