  • I'm going to adjust my goal for a couple of reasons. The first is that my March 1st weigh in was after an evening out with good food and good drinks so the number is a bit inflated to begin with. Also, Last night was night one of a 6 week boot camp that i've joined and I expect more of myself this month, so my expectation should be represented in my goal.

    Gardenerjoy, can I please ask you to update my goal to 8 lbs for march? Thanks a million for all your work to track this thread!

    Frustrating!!! Working my buns off, and try to be "normal" for the weekend and end up with no loss. I would hate to think every day of the rest of my life would be having to count calories and make sure I exercise no matter how exhausted I am already... sigh
    Just had to say that out loud!

  • Its been a solid beginning of the week for food and exercise. I'm back down to my Feb low which I'm happy about... Now to make some real progress!!

    Well, that's more like it! Guess yesterday was just a fluke.

    tinajayne72 - I used to think the same way, but I've kind of come to grips with the fact that if I want to stay at a reasonable weight, I'm going to have to pay attention to my calories probably forever. As far as exercise goes, I find that it's a lot less of a chore if you find something that you really like (dance, or kickboxing, or yoga, or whatever), not just something you have to do.
