    Day 2 stomach flu. Symptoms not so bad slowing down. Unfortunately energy level sucks. Going to try to walk in the house so i stay close to the bathroom. This is really killing my step average for the exercise challenge. I guess if i look at it over the full month though.....it's doable. Scared for my race on sunday.

    I really struggle with exercise lately. I get myself to start, but I can't seem to pull through. I hope to get back into the mojo soon. I finished the second circle of my 30day six-pack plan though! Still no sixpack, but hey, maybe next time

    Feeling much better this morning! Good enough to go to the gym and finish week one of c25k, in fact! (just as soon as I finish typing this post)

    sherma - It's probably water weight. Your body holds more or less water depending on things like salt intake, hormones, exercise, etc. Here's a really good article that goes into more detail. The most important thing to remember is that day-to-day fluctuations like that are totally normal, so don't get discouraged! Look at me this month - down two pounds, up a pound, and so on. It's irritating on the 'up' days, but it's going down on average so it's all good.

    Not really sure why I'm going in the wrong direction. I know the .4 increase yesterday was most likely due to my Olive Garden pasta dinner the night before. But yesterday I had a kickass workout and stayed on track food wise. I know it could be a lot of things like TOM is due soon, or just too much water etc. But my legs are killing me and I thought for sure I'd meet my 10% goal today....

    My March goal is to be solidly in the 170s. By that I mean being able to go to bed in the 170s and waking up in the morning STILL in the 170s and not crossing over into the 180s!

    Depending on the hour and day, I either feel thisclose to reaching the 170s or like this number is as distant as the Moon! I've had an alright eating week, but solid exercise week so not much to complain about.
