Goal Setting and Sticking to it

    today is my first day here and first posting to all.

    i would like to share what is your goal for this week ? i.e. how many kilo's you want to get rid of etc.

    my goal this week is to eat green vegetables for 3 days and meat (chicken) not more than 2 times.

(As for me, my goal this week is to take off the 2 water weight pounds I put on yesterday after enjoying a cheat day, lol!) Browse around, there is much to see and learn, and jump right in!
