Still trying to rest my inner right arm, so no back & biceps lifting today.
60 minutes StairMaster. This killed me. I started out at resistance of nine, hands-free, which I managed for 30 minutes. Then 10 more minutes with my hands on the rails. Then for the last 20 minutes, dropped it to eight and held the rails unashamedly, with two half-minute breaks.
60 minute spin class, during which I ignored the weight-lifting intervals to rest my arm, and just peddled with high resistance
60 minute Pilates mat class, messing around with hard foam blocks in various ways
45 minute spin class, challenging myself more than usual
Squats on the smith machine, adductor machine, hamstring curls
Feeling very much at a loss without my lifting routine. I should feel freed up, with more time available to me, but instead I feel weaker and more impotent. I think my arm feels a little better, but not as well as I'd hoped.
