  • Stayed the same today. Gonna tweak my eating a bit and get my carb ratio down and protien up. Still eating clean no junk or prepared foods but my body doesn't want to give me a release! Walked 2.5 hrs with the dogs so a good amount of exercise. Don't know but I need to change something without giving up too many calories, yesterday's calories total 1130 cal.

    8/6 247.25 Lost that water gain (Lemon water worked IAN Beer diet this weekend!!!)
    8/7-8/9 UP way tooo much so did not post (I missed you all!)
    8/10 248 Horay... lost 3 lbs of water from IANG's beer diet.. So happy now to get back to 247 and lower!!

  • Down .5 this morning, I think higher protien lower carbs is the key. I'm gonna test it for the next few days. Congrats to all of you on your drops this morning! Just a few more weeks till September! Stay strong!

    weighed in at 256 this morning, that makes a total of 8lbs since august 1st. part of me is excited, part of me worries maybe my scale is broken and I haven't actually lost that much lol. although I suppose, that works out at around 4lbs per week, and at my weight that's maybe not so bad or too fast at all? also a bit disappointed that my 'period' I was so excited at finally getting turned into nothing, lasted half a day lol, cant wait for my body to finally get back to normal.
