Haha! I weighed 202 this morning! Who knows why? I didn't overeat, so apparently I ate something that has caused me to hold water. Oh well, my body will work it out. I still feel bloated tonight so I doubt tomorrow will be any better, but I'm sure I'll jump on that scale in the morning anyway!

Cincorn, if you are working out at the gym, it's possible you're not taking in enough daily calories. If your body thinks it doesn't have enough to operate, it's going to slow your metabolism down, working against your efforts. You might try raising your calories to 1500 and see if that jumpstarts your metabolism.

Leah, if you figure out how not to indulge your worries, please share your secret! I am a worrier about so many things, and I have yet to be able to convince myself not to worry. (Fortunately, or perhaps unfortunately, the scale is not one of the things I really worry about.) Stress really does cause physical pain, so I hope you are able to find a way to relax.
