  • I set my original goal weight at 140, when I hit that decided to change to 135. Now that I hit that, I know that 135 is my ideal weight because of the way I feel.

    Lost in Phase 2 and although I am suppose to be moving to Phase 3 have struggled with doing so. Did not get an official weigh in this week but the work scale tells me that I am a couple of pounds below 135 which gives me confidence to move to Phase 3, just in case I gain back a couple.

    I have learnt through this journey, that somehow, someway you know when you are where you want to be. I am 5'2", for some people the ideal weight for my height would be 115, 125, 135, 145, etc... We are all different and have to find what works for us.
  • I just started phase 2 in anticipation of a vacation coming up soon. I have had a difficult time getting all the lunchtime protein in, too! I have only been eating 6 oz of protein at lunch. On the positive side, I did lose in my first week of phase 2. I'll probably move on to phase 3 after the weekend. I am actually missing the ease of phase 1--never thought I would say that!
