    Im so glad we have this monthly challenge. Today I was running and really wanted to stop at 2 miles, but I told myself to just keep going a little more and I would reach my goal for the month, and then I could get cleaned up and wash my hair and watch DWTS.

  • Wow, April is over already!

    I met two of my three goals.

    I exercised 25 out of 30 days this month and I walked/biked/ran more that 150 miles (221 to be exact!) My third goal was to walk my dog three times a week but alas, I did not. In my defense, it was FREEZING (and still is) here in Jersey. Next month will be better.
