QWLC started in Atlanta over 30 years ago and now other cities have copied the diet for the most part just changed a few things and added a lot more crap to buy. I’m not sure if they are connected or not but I do know that the Texas QWLC diet is not the same as Atlanta’s.

I know that I lost 85 pounds in five months 92 pounds all together and keep it off for years! And that is the exact diet I want to follow again. I don’t want this to be a long painful process because I will give up. I want to stick to what I know works.

If anyone has a copy of the Atlanta diet please help me out. I live in Florida and really don’t want to pay $300.00 for the online (home program) ha ha for just a copy of the diet!

I am brand new on here. ..... I live in the Houston area and I am looking for support and hopefully direction from all of you who have been successful. Hi mybella I also live in Houston I have a copy of the guide if u needed I also went to the center and way to expensive for me as well. Luckily someone gave me a guide and pointers u can also find a lot of qwlc products on craigslist that's where I get some stuff also on line.. If u need a copy just let me know best of luck..

16 to go to goal and I'm stuck for over a month. I've been handling some really stressful family illness issues which has fouled up my routine. So should I just be pleased that I've not gained weight and work my way through this tough period? For me maintaining is usually a triumph, but that extra 16 is bugging me! I don't LOOK overweight anymore because I'm fairly tall (5'8" female), but I know what's under the blouse - along with a little extra skin!
