    30 minute training session, pushups & pullups, oblique work, lat raises, preacher curls
    60 minutes back on elliptical, random intervals, resistance at nine, alternating backward & forward
  • March 25: 60 minutes P90X Core Synergistics
    30 minutes boxing heavy bag DVD
    8 mile recumbent bike (20:40)
  • Tuesday, March 26th:

    30 minutes Stairmaster stepmill, resistance at nine, random intervals
    60 minutes shoulders, chest and triceps routine
    30 minutes elliptical, manual setting with resistance at nine, entirely going backward
  • Monday 3/25:
    10 min stretching
    20 min lower body circuit routine
    30 mins elliptical hiit, varying incline and resistance
  • Saturday, March 23:
    -15 minutes running
    -15 minutes arc trainer

    Sunday, Monday:
    -nothing, walking around NYC a little

    Tuesday AM:
    -20 minutes on treadmill, 2.45 miles
  • March 26: 6.17 mile run (49:07)
    45 minutes weight lifting (lats and delts)
  • Tuesday March 26 PM:
    -10 minute warmup on spin bike
    -DB bench press, bent over DB row, lying DB tricep extensions, DB shoulder press, DB bicep curls, KB deadlifts, KB squats, pullups and dips with 20# more assistance than usual as cooldown
  • Wednesday, March 27th:

    45 minute spin class with weight intervals
  • March 27: 46 minutes Zumba DVD
    50 minute weight lifting (legs!)
  • 5K on bike path in 27:25
