Took off yesterday fulling intending to get a good long one in today. Developed a cold last night that my boys have been passing around, so took off today, too. Gotta get to feeling better and back at work tomorrow, so I'm resting today and will get back at it tomorrow. Otherwise, had a really nice weekend, just hubby and I.
So queasy and sick to my stomach it isn't even funny, this has been going on for several days. I don't know what is wrong.
Managed 5 miles w/4 pound weights (60 minutes) Still felt sick but didn't see a reason not to just walk through it.
Step aerobics w/6 inch step: (47 minutes)
Wii PT Easy Lower Body: 2 sets/11 exercises (18 minutes)
Wii MW Easy Lower Body: 2 sets/8 exercises (14 minutes)
50 inner & outer thigh lifts per leg
50 Butt lifts each side
