  • Felt good today. One more mile done for 5 total. Leslie makes me smile.

  • Hey all! Forgot to post on Friday. Did the Walk Slim 4 mile.

    Took off yesterday fulling intending to get a good long one in today. Developed a cold last night that my boys have been passing around, so took off today, too. Gotta get to feeling better and back at work tomorrow, so I'm resting today and will get back at it tomorrow. Otherwise, had a really nice weekend, just hubby and I.

  • Hi all. Still dealing with the remnants of this cold/virus, but was able to get up and do 4 miles this morning, Walk Slim.
  • So queasy and sick to my stomach it isn't even funny, this has been going on for several days. I don't know what is wrong.
    Managed 5 miles w/4 pound weights (60 minutes) Still felt sick but didn't see a reason not to just walk through it.
