    Tickers and Signatures:
    There are 2 requirements to have access to signatures and tickers. You must have been a member of 3fatchicks for 20 days AND posted at least 20 messages anywhere on the 3fatchicks forum.     Searching:
    If you can't find what you're looking for in this forum using the website search function, try using the "double search" using Google.

    1) Go to Google.com. Search 3fatchicks by using the term site:3fatchicks.com at the end of your Google search.

    For example, if you want to look for "big mac in a bowl", type "big mac in a bowl site:3fatchicks.com" in Google search. No need to include the quotation marks when you type.

    2) This will bring up the page that you are looking for, now hit Ctrl+F to search on that page. Type "big mac in a bowl" and all instances of that search term will be highlighted.

    Remember that anything that you really want to eat, but not OP, you can have as soon as you get to maintenance. Think "later", not "no". Helpful, yes?

    For me, and my friends on IP, just knowing that helps us stay on OP.

    I need to get caught up on this thread...I went back to work full time last week, and all I can say is that I SURVIVED!!!! LOL. Oh, but I do love it! This weekend just involves cleaning, laundry, & hopeful something fun with the fam.

  • After the camping stint, it turns out that I lost 7.7 pounds in two weeks. This is better than I have done in a long time. My clinic is closed next week, so it will be another two weeks before I can weigh in again. Right now I am feeling very good. I hope everyone has a great weekend!

    I'm with ya! I've been eyeing lizRR's (as well as Scorbett's ideas) recipe's for later on...definately looking forward to that!

  • Morning all! Another lovely OP day ahead. I really truly love not being hungry and no cravings, it's the awesomest feeling ever. Ahhhhhhhhh.

    I'm playing in a golf tournament tomorrow and it will be a LOOOOONG day. I'm packing RTD shake for lunch, cut up veggies to eat. I will be prepared! I'm taking a cart as i'm in week 2 and don't want to exercise too much....I also don't know if i'm ready to walk 18 just yet.

  • Today was my WI day...down 2.4 lbs. I'm definitely fine with that because I lost so much the first week. Today is day 1 of week 3. I'm hoping for another awesome week OP!!

  • Good morning everyone!!! I happily made whole wheat pancakes with fresh strawberries and peaches for my family while I had my shake this morning. I wasn't even tempted to take a bite because I was wearing brand new size 10 capris!!! I have so much energy, I am wearing sizes of clothes that I haven't worn since Jr. High, and I am healthy all because I do not cheat and I stay OP. Don't cheat people! Think skinny and the end results will happen quicker than if you cheat. Have a fantastic weekend everyone. I am off to campus to pick up my textbooks. I should be back in a day since the freshman are officially in town and the lines will be LONG! ugh.

  • Spent the last week on holidays, I did great the all week, even passing up strawberry crisp! Them get home and have a big slip.....show popcorn. Back on today. So mad at myself. Hopefully it won't show in my weigh in. During the week I was super prepared, veggies chopped and ready to go. Not sure why I crumbles??
