Does anyone know if you can buy and use chickory root in your own recipes. It is sure in a lot of things now. I posted under food but no replies so will try again.

Don't know if you ever got your answer, but - Yes, you can get it for your own recipes. Amazon has it and I'm pretty sure I saw it at Whole Foods. It stuck out for me, because I'm actually allergic to the stuff. Anytime something says "high fiber", I have to read the label carefully.
