  • Monday Morning---

    Did 33 minutes on TM this morning. Yes, MONET, I realize that's not nearly enough pennance for those mashed potatoes on Saturday. But I'm still working on it. (Did I mention they were garlic????) LOL!!!

  • Monday - Day 1
    45 minutes on the treadmill.

    (Quilter, I did some for you... I don't even want to know about the garlic mashed potatoes! They are a siren call for me.... )

    Oh man...garlic anything...yum yum! I was totally wiped out yesterday. I would have skipped walking if I hadn't the two days before. 50 minutes on the tread mill. Tried to make up some time this morning. Put in 82 minutes.

  • Monday--15 minutes warm up....30 minutes TBT.

    30 minute weights on my screened in porch
  • Tuesday
    Was able to get in 52 minutes last night and 62 minutes this morning on the treadmill.

    Ok, good, I tried to get in here before I left for the store, but I couldn't get in. I got in my 2 mile walking tape plus walking around the store a hundred times.
  • tuesday a.m.
    30 minute run
  • Tuesday--Walked 2 miles-- 1 hour raking yard.
  • WEDNESDAY
    Walked a slow 4.5 miles
  • Wednesday
    2 mile walking video. That makes 3 days now, only have 2 more this week!!!!
  • Tuesday night....
    61 minutes on the treadmill...so far about 19 miles this week...
